T Carter Music Video Use Licensing - Simple, Fast, and Affordable!

Will you or your wedding videographer be featuring our songs in your wedding video? If so, you may want to check out our licensing options. If you are a DJ or you are only playing our music and not adding it to a video or slideshow, you will NOT need a license for your use. You may continue to checkout with purchasing a license.

This legal license agreement is made between T Carter Music and the purchaser. Outlined below are Licensing Terms for two contracts that can be purchased from T Carter Music. After reading these license terms, please print a copy for your records to validate your license with your purchase receipt.

Why need a license to put your music in a video format? It's the legal thing to do...Song purchasing rights for any artist do not include the legal right to make a video using an artist's songs without permission and royalty from and to the artist. Our fees are small and it protects against copyright infringement.

Please print a copy of these terms and attach to your purchase receipt when you checkout to validate your license.

Personal Use License Agreement:

This purchase does NOT include the mp3. You will use the music that you have already purchased for your ceremony. You are only buying the printed rights to use our music for your video.

Fee: $5.99 per song used. This purchase does NOT include the music. You will use the music that you have already purchased. This legal license is good for 1 ceremony. This is the perfect choice for a bride and groom wanting to showcase their wedding day to the soundtrack of any T Carter Music song. Simply take your receipt and a printed copy of these terms to your professional photographer or videographer so that he or she knows that they can legally use our copyrighted music for your presentation.

Up to 10 DVD copies per song license purchase
This contract is for T Carter Music that you have already purchased or are in the process of purchasing. Download files will not be delivered for this contract purchase.
All usage of T Carter Music must be done in "good taste", and must not reflect negatively upon T Carter Music and the songs provided
License gives permission rights to distribute or release video to social networks (YouTube, FaceBook, etc...). We ask that you credit T Carter Music and give the song title. We also ask that the video is created in good taste if uploaded to social media. T Carter Music reserves the right to have the video removed if the video is not appropriately used or damages our credibility in any way
This Usage Agreement is invalid without the purchase receipt for your song or songs from T Carter Music. Please print a copy of these terms and attach to your purchase receipt when you checkout to validate your license

[Customer Name], by on-line purchase of this license, agrees to all terms and conditions of the License Agreement for the above T Carter Music usage guidelines and restrictions.

One Year Professional License Agreement:

Fee: $19.99 per song used. This purchase includes a 256 kbps mp3 download of the song you choose. This legal agreement grants permission to the customer, "purchaser", for the period of one year (365 days) from the date of this agreement, according to the agreed terms in this contract. "[Song Name]" by T Carter Music, may be synchronized, reproduced, and distributed (only) in the following ways:

A slide show presentation on your professional website
Music for your professional website (not to be sold)
Personal media (such as DVD or CD-ROM) that you distribute to your customers for their personal home use (not to be duplicated and not to exceed more than 10 copies per client project)
Personal media for the purposes of demonstrating or promoting your service
You may use this song on the wedding videos you produce for your clients, not to exceed 10 copies per client project, and only to be distributed on personal media (not a web site)
Your web site may include not more than two demonstration (sample) videos which feature this song, for the purpose of promoting your own business

General Terms:

If using T Carter Music samples on your professional website, you must provide the following copyright notice and website link on your website in the following form: "[Song Name]" by T Carter Music [www.tcartermusic.com or hyperlink] used by permission.

Right to Cancel Agreement:

T Carter Music has the right to cancel this agreement for any reason, with a written notice and a full refund of the licensing fee. Upon receiving a cancellation notice and a full refund, you must discontinue these licensed privileges within 30 days of receiving that notice.

Limitation of Liability:

T Carter Music makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, except that it warrants that it has the right to grant the license granted hereunder. The total liability of T Carter Music under this Agreement shall be limited to that part of the fee paid hereunder by you, the Purchaser, to T Carter Music for the license. You hereby agree that this license is granted to you without any other warranty or recourse.

[Customer Name], by on-line purchase of this license, agrees to all terms and conditions of the License Agreement for the above T Carter Music song tracks. The date of purchase, and beginning of the one year term of licensing is the purchase date on your receipt.

By printing these license terms and checking the "I Agree to the Terms of Agreement" upon checkout, you acknowledge, agree, and accept the terms on the conditions stated above. This agreement is INVALID without license purchase receipt.
